Chana was my spunky girl!  She was independent yet affectionate, and loved people.  She was a perfectionist in obedience, and learned extremely quickly - so quickly in fact that I dared not make a mistake or she would learn it that way.  Even though she only competed in four trials in her entire career, she placed over more than 30 dogs in three of those trials to become the #2 American Eskimo Dog in Obedience in 1995.  We are sorry we never had puppies from little Chanabelle, but she happily ruled the roost at home for many years, as only Chana could do.  And she loved to play with the other girls' pups.  She bounced around here like a puppy herself until she was about 15, and we finally had to let her go at 16+.  Life will never be the same here without her.
